Before requesting

Is the request confirmed immediately?

No. We first validate the conditions and availability. Confirmation is issued after that validation.

When is payment made?

The initial 35% payment towards the price is requested after validation and confirmation of the arrangements; the remaining 65% is requested when the passenger meets the driver, before the journey starts.

Can I request a child seat or special luggage?

Yes. Include that requirement in the notes so it can be considered during validation.
